hydrocarbons, solvents, diesel grease, chromates, lubricating oils & phenolic
compounds. c) It should be water repellant & non greasy. d) It should be
hypoallergic & allows skin to breathe. e) It should be antibacterial & non-toxic. f)
OEM/distributor shall submit details as per para 18A of cosmetic Act-1940,
indicating viz name, address etc. from when the cosmetic shall be acquired. g) It
